Our office is locally owned and operated, and we’re on a mission to make therapy accessible, authentic, and stigma‑free. Founded in 2015 by therapists Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW, Ellie began in Minnesota with one simple mission: to fill the gaps in mental health care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Industry‑leading compensation (USD 65,000 – 85,000 per year)

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence‑based and creative interventions
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners
• Maintain a minimum of 25 client hours per week for full‑time status
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations
• Contribute to the supportive, fun, and inclusive culture that makes Ellie special

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LMFT)
• Active clinical license or on the path to licensure (supervision available as capacity allows)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfort working with diverse populations
• Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant experience a plus)
• A genuine passion for helping people heal and thrive
