Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ACLS (AHA)
• Certifications BLS (AHA)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Long Term Acute Care in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment LAC skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Skill Telemetry Experience.
• Additional Skill Vent Management Experience.
• Additional Confirmations Vent/trach experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: 2 years of recent Telemetry or LTAC experience in a hospital setting. Experience with ventilators and tracheostomies (vent/trach).
• COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
