Looking for something different? We dont believe in "hard selling" or traditional methods of selling that are outdated and quite frankly annoying to most people. We take a concierge oriented approach that really puts the customer in control. We advise the customer on which of our products best fits their lifestyle and budget. All of our leads that we follow up on are customers that have personally reached out to us to help them in their journey of finding one of our great products (aka no cold calling). Our products help families get outside to spend more quality time with each other!

Primary Duties:
Work effectively with a CRM to track calls, meetings and contacts with customers
Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives
Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities
Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan
Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions
Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails and chats
Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
Accept inbound calls and make outbound calls to sell company products
Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections
Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction
Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors
Endlessly and tirelessly working to create efficiency and better systems in our business (this is a big one!)
Qualifications:
The hours of this position are Tuesday - Saturday from 10-6. Please make sure you are able to work those hours before you apply.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university is preferred, but not required
Must possess strong computer skills
Must possess interpersonal skills, organizational skills, be a self starter, and detail oriented
Ability to multitask and to communicate clearly (verbal and written)
Knows importance of being a team player
Customer service and sales experience is a plus (positive references from a prior employer are necessary)
