This position offers the opportunity to develop subject matter expertise, build meaningful client relationships, and grow within a firm known for flexibility, transparency, and strong career mobility.Key Responsibilities:Audit & Assurance DeliveryServe as a key member of engagement teams providing audit and consulting services to industry-specific clients.Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information, complete testing, and address questions.Plan and supervise execution of all audit engagement activities.Perform and review substantive testing on financial statement areas.Conduct and review internal control testing and recommend process improvements.Participate in discussions with Managers and Partners on findings and client recommendations.Team Collaboration & Development:Learn through on-the-job coaching and firm-wide development programs.Build strong internal and external relationships using an entrepreneurial approach.Mentor and support team members in alignment with the firm's Care and Teach philosophy.Participate in team activities that promote connection and balance.Qualifications Required:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent coursework to qualify for the CPA exam.CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification.2+ years of audit experience in a public accounting environment.Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated leadership, analytical ability, and adaptability.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.Preferred:Real Estate & Construction industry audit experience.
