Registered Nurse - PRN

Position Summary Onsite Innovations has a need for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) at our client’s site in Byhalia, MS in a PRN (as-needed) role. This position offers an opportunity to work at a dynamic worksite and make an impact on employee health, wellness, and safety! Clinic Hours M-F 7am-3pm, 4pm-12pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist practitioners with patient care, physical examinations, ancillary tests, and perform a variety of administrative duties. Provide occupational health services including injury assessment, first aid care, accurate medical documentation, vaccination review and administration. Collaborate with onsite leadership and medical director to provide complete care and support safe return to work practices. Perform urine drug screens, ensuring chain of custody, and manage pick‑up and shipment to laboratory. Maintain exam rooms, lab area, and treatment rooms clean and stocked, managing inventory and re‑orders. Serve as a health and wellness resource to employees. Assist in medical record maintenance, safeguarding confidentiality of employee health information. Perform front office clerical duties such as answering telephones, check‑in, check‑out and record processing. Dispense medications as directed by practitioner and in accordance with state regulations. Maintain and operate all clinical equipment, including calibration and record keeping. Perform ancillary testing and tasks as ordered by the Center Medical Director (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws) in accordance with established policies and procedures. Education/Credentials Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university or graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program. Current registration/license in the state where employed. Successful completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT, and relevant certifications. Continuing education required to maintain license and perform job. Job-Related Experience Customarily at least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing or related field. Excellent communication skills. Willingness to participate in Continuing Medical Education.
