Job Summary:
Provide expert clinical laboratory testing and analysis as a Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist, ensuring accurate diagnostic results for patient care. This role requires precision in specimen processing and laboratory procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-complexity testing and analysis on clinical specimens.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow strict safety and quality protocols to ensure testing accuracy.
• Document and report laboratory findings accurately and timely.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and laboratory policies for specimen handling.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 2 years of recent experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Hold valid certification such as ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, or HHS.
• Demonstrate proficiency in specimen testing and analysis.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of laboratory techniques and regulatory compliance.
