The Days and hours are Sunday 9-5:30p, Monday - Wednesday 3-8p must be flexible to occasionally work days or other nights.

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to join our team as a Receptionist . As the first point of contact for our facility, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, staff, and visitors. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience or training in long-term care (preferred)
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple phone lines and multitask effectively

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and route telephone calls to appropriate individuals or departments
• Answer questions promptly, courteously, and accurately
• Route deliveries and relay information to staff as needed
• Maintain accurate resident census and updated contact lists
• Operate facility paging and telephone systems
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail
• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Direct residents and visitors to appropriate individuals
• Investigate and route complaints appropriately
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Demonstrate dependability, punctuality, and teamwork

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the facility
• Use of hands and arms for typing and phone operation
• Occasional lifting of office supplies or documents
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• May be exposed to emotionally stressful situations or behavioral challenges
