Responsibilities Welcome all customers and set expectations with customers Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses Act as a leader in optical acumen Take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions Use technology accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure and customer volume, exhibit exceptional product knowledge and use appropriate tools Proactively explore root causes of issues, forward‑think to ensure customers are satisfied and expectations are exceeded, and provide solution‑driven service Multi‑task, prioritize and manage time with competing priorities Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies Take pride in store appearance and help keep the store clean, attractive, and organized Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices Be resourceful, self‑motivated with a desire for continual learning, improvement, and results Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management Basic Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent State licensure Optical dispensing experience Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder Knowledge of current store merchandise Strong basic math skills Awareness of current fashion trends Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators Embrace new technology and change Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service and retail experience Pay Range: 25.02–39.02 Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
