Retail Service Lead Customer Experience & Store Ops
O'Reilly Automotive Stores, Inc.
O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
You will lead a team to deliver top-notch customer service to both retail and professional customers, manage showroom service levels, and coordinate store transfers, orders, and invoicing per policy.
