Role Description
As our AI-First Website Builder, you'll design, build, optimize, and maintain high-performing websites and landing pages across multiple products and brands. You'll combine WordPress expertise, conversion optimization, AI-assisted workflows, modern UX principles, SEO best practices, and attention to detail to produce premium digital experiences.
This is an AI-first role. You'll be expected to continually explore new AI tools that improve development speed, design quality, SEO performance, content creation, testing, accessibility, and customer experience.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional WordPress website development experience.
- Strong experience building responsive websites and landing pages.
- Experience with Elementor, Bricks, GeneratePress, Gutenberg, or similar modern WordPress builders.
- Strong understanding of UX, UI, accessibility, responsive design, and customer journeys.
- Experience optimizing websites for SEO and conversion.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
