Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Direct experience building or executing campaigns, email programs, and marketing automation workflows.
• Hands-on CRM and marketing automation/email platform experience.
• Experience with list segmentation, workflows, and lead nurturing.
• HubSpot certification or equivalent HubSpot experience.
• Experience building demand-generation programs from scratch.
• Experience partnering with Sales on lead follow-up and feedback.
• Trade show marketing and event-based campaign experience.
• Familiarity with multi-channel attribution and pipeline reporting.
• Background in B2B environments with complex sales cycles.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Ability to attend 2–3 trade shows per year.

Strongly Desired Skills

• Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
• Results-oriented, analytical, organized, and collaborative.
• Clear communication and strong customer and market understanding.
• Adaptable self-starter comfortable building programs with limited existing infrastructure.

Position Summary & Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager develops and executes demand-generation programs that generate qualified leads, support pipeline growth, and strengthen engagement across product lines and markets. Partners with the Director of Marketing and VP of Revenue to research and recommend strategies, then owns execution of approved programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Research markets, customers, and competitors to recommend campaign approaches.
• Build integrated campaigns with clear audiences, offers, timelines, assets, and KPIs.
• Execute campaigns across email, social media, industry websites, paid retargeting, and events.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Creative Services, and Digital Commerce.
• Coordinate landing pages for trade shows, enterprise lead capture, and content downloads.
• Develop campaign briefs and communicate objectives and follow-up expectations.
• Build HubSpot workflows and nurture sequences for new leads, mid-funnel prospects, sales acceleration, and re-engagement.
• Align with Sales on marketing-qualified lead criteria, handoffs, and service-level agreements.
• Support customer queue solution design and layout, and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and tools.
• Gather Sales feedback to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage pre-show promotion, lead capture, onsite engagement, and post-show nurturing.
• Coordinate part-time and outsourced event support, including logistics, shipping, and product orders.
• Track leads, MQLs, SQLs, marketing-assisted opportunities/revenue, and event outcomes.
• Maintain campaign attribution and dashboards; analyze results and recommend improvements.

Look for a hands-on B2B marketer who has built demand-generation programs, managed automation and nurture workflows, and connected campaign results to qualified leads and pipeline growth. Strong Sales collaboration and trade show execution are also important.
