Project Coordinator - Commerce Tech

Job Summary Our client, a leading media and entertainment provider, is seeking a Project Coordinator – Commerce Tech to join their team in Orlando, Florida. Core Responsibilities Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines. Maintain and organize Jira boards. Coordinate project activities and ensure deadlines are met. Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Support operational forecasting and resource planning in Clarity MyPPM. Track and manage project‑related budgets. Facilitate communication across teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and action items. Maintain project documentation (status reports, risk logs, issue tracking). Coordinate resources and equipment needed for project execution. Assist with resource allocation and utilization tracking. Support QA activities to ensure deliverables meet standards. Assist with project reviews and audits. Identify and assess project risks. Help implement and monitor mitigation strategies. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics. Assist with travel, expenses, and procurement activities. Build strong relationships with stakeholders. Act as a liaison between business and project teams. Participate in lessons learned sessions. Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. Required Skills/Experience (Must‑Haves) Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, and SharePoint. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Demonstrated passion for learning. Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice‑to‑Haves) Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, prompt engineering). Smartsheet automation experience. Familiarity with Clarity MyPPM. Key Competencies & Behaviors Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Location Orlando, Florida (Onsite) Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $55.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on factors including background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
