President PositionAs our President, you will provide comprehensive operational leadership for your specific entity. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously execute the system's strategic vision within your defined domain, translating overarching organizational goals into actionable, localized plans. You will be fully accountable for the operational and financial performance of your area, encompassing day-to-day management, budget oversight, and the leadership of all local staff, while reporting directly to a higher-level executive within the system. Every day you will lead your teams in the effective management of resources, including personnel, budget, and facilities, ensuring optimal utilization to meet operational targets and deliver high-quality patient care. You will actively engage with community stakeholders, local leaders, and patient populations, solidifying our presence and building strong relationships within the local community. Furthermore, you will continuously monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial health within your purview, always aligning with our mission and values.To be successful in this role, you will possess a proven track record of exemplary operational leadership and financial stewardship within a complex healthcare environment. Additionally, exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of local healthcare needs, and an unwavering commitment to our mission of humankindness will be crucial for your success.Responsibilities include:Articulating a vision that embraces a long-term perspective of the contributions of CHI to the Greater Houston community.Sustaining and strengthening a faith-based health care ministry as a beneficial distinction.Developing and implementing a strategic plan to ensure the long-term fulfillment of the System's mission and sufficient net return on investment in order to sustain the mission.As part of the development of an integrated health delivery system, developing and implementing a managed care strategy, building on networks of payers and physicians, and providing a full continuum of high quality, cost effective and accessible health services.Recruiting, selecting, motivating, and leading a highly competent staff to actualize the vision of the System through the delegation of appropriate responsibility with commensurate authority.Ensuring the quality of the full continuum of health services via the smooth functioning of hospital and medical staff quality assurance mechanisms, and compliance of the medical staff with the bylaws, rules, regulations and standards of practice of the hospital and its medical staff.Required qualifications include:Masters Other, upon hire.Fifteen (15) years leadership experience, upon hire.Where You'll WorkSt. Luke's Health–Brazosport Hospital is located on a beautiful, 25-acre campus in Lake Jackson, Texas.
