General Purpose: Perform a range of general clerical and bookkeeping support functions reporting to the Controller. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain confidentiality of organizational information. Help manage open order report... closing jobs. Enter and manage Standard Cost. Enter Accounts Receivable payments. Enter Accounts Payable invoices. Prepare Accounts Payable payments for signature. Key Skills and Competencies: Confidentiality. Planning and organizing. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines. Education and Experience: Proficient in data entry and clerical accounting. 3 years' general accounting experience and/or Associate Degree in Business or Accounting. MS Office knowledge. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures. DRUG FREE WORKPLACE.
