Opportunity Overview Primary Care Physician – Daytona Beach, FL. An established and growing Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice in the Daytona Beach, Florida area is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its patient‑centered healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values relationship‑based medicine, longer patient visits, reduced administrative burden, and the ability to provide highly personalized care. Position Highlights Direct Primary Care model Outpatient‑only practice Four‑day work week (Monday–Thursday) No insurance billing requirements Low patient volume with extended appointment times Opportunity for panel growth incentives and profit‑sharing Collaborative, physician‑led environment Flexible candidate requirements, including consideration of new graduates Schedule: Full‑time position Monday–Thursday 9:00AM – 5:00PM. Last patient scheduled at 4:00PM. Patient Care Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and chronic disease management Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Develop individualized treatment plans Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare facilities as needed Conduct hospital follow‑up visits when appropriate Utilize telehealth and patient communication tools to enhance access and continuity of care Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system Patient Volume & Practice Model Average of approximately 10 patients per day.
