CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Forklift Operator candidates in the Mansfield, MA area. We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator and Order Picker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating powered industrial equipment, including electric pallet jacks and reach trucks, to move, store, and prepare products for shipment. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Move products and materials throughout warehouse and production areas.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify product quantities and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks and reach trucks.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Basic math skills and experience with inventory tracking.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in distribution, logistics, or order fulfillment environments.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials on a regular basis.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Comfortable operating material handling equipment for extended periods of time.

• Competitive pay of $19/hr. + a $1/hr. shift differential!
• Fridays off! Monday – Thursday, 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM schedule.
