The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, compassionate patient care to ensure positive outcomes. Working under general supervision, they coordinate care through the nursing process and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate nursing care. Analyze medical history, diagnostics, and current status to develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive care. Reconcile medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Evaluate patient responses and adjust interventions as needed. Collaborate with care teams for effective planning. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
