POSITION SUMMARY

Roofing Angels is seeking a proactive and bilingual Residential Roofing Production Manager to manage and coordinate roofing projects from preproduction through final inspection.

This position plays an important role in keeping projects properly scheduled, materials and crews coordinated, documentation complete, and customers informed. The Production Manager will work closely with roofing crews, sales representatives, contractors, customers, and office personnel to identify and resolve production issues and keep projects moving forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review scopes of work, contracts, communication logs, measurements, and project details before production begins

• Assign crews to projects and develop production schedules based on project requirements, crew availability, and material delivery dates

• Coordinate material orders and confirm delivery dates, times, and jobsite requirements

• Create and manage labor and material orders in AccuLynx

• Monitor active projects and address scheduling, material, workmanship, and communication issues

• Gather and review material lists, jobsite photographs, completion documentation, and dump receipts from crews

• Provide customers and internal team members with timely project updates

• Communicate change orders to the appropriate sales representative or contractor and ensure approvals are properly documented

• Schedule and coordinate final inspections, including confirming access and ladder requirements

• Track correction notices and coordinate required repairs or follow up work

• Maintain accurate and current project records in AccuLynx and company tracking systems

• Help ensure projects are completed on schedule, according to scope, and in accordance with Roofing Angels’ quality standards

• Escalate significant project delays, customer concerns, or cost issues to company leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of three years of experience in roofing production, construction operations, or construction or roofing project management

• Residential and commercial roofing experience strongly preferred

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

• Experience coordinating crews, materials, schedules, and inspections

• Experience with AccuLynx or similar construction management software preferred

• Strong understanding of roofing production workflows and project documentation

• Excellent organizational, problem solving, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple active projects, deadlines, and changing priorities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Must be available to work full time, in person, at our Los Angeles office
