ComPsych in Chicago, IL seeks a Health & Well-Being Coach to consult on physical and emotional wellbeing and contribute to program initiatives. You will assess clients, apply coaching methodologies, and coordinate resources while maintaining compliant documentation in our systems. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of experience, strong listening and coaching skills, and relevant certifications.
