The custodian is responsible for sweeping, dusting, moping, vacuuming, stripping and waxing floors on a regular basis. Remove trash and recyclable materials. Clean restroom facilities daily; supply with sufficient paper products. Wash walls, windows and sills on a regular basis. Shovel snow from stairs/walks to building entrances; keep entrances clean from debris. Unlock bathrooms in the morning**Required Qualifications:*** At least 18 years of age to comply with NYS Department of Labor regulations.* Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.* Able to work flexible hours, including weekends**Preferred Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Two or more years of related work experience.POSITION DETAILS:Salary: $17.84 per hourSchedule: NONEXEMPT – Reg: 20 Hours per Week**No relocation or VISA Sponsorship available**HOW TO APPLY:*Review of applications will begin immediately.
