We are known for full-service catering and events, corporate workplace dining and amenity programs, and large-scale event and festival production. Responsibilities:

• Execute seasonal menu with impeccable presentation
• Excel in a fast-paced and stressful environment
• Maintain proper food safety requirements
• Keep an organized and clean small workstation
• Execute at Chef's direction with a positive attitude
• Execute at GM's direction with a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of culinary or restaurant experience
• Must own a full knife kit
• References of culinary background required
• Must have regular computer access
• Experience cooking in a full-service kitchen
• Maintains a positive attitude
• Keep a clean and polished appearance
• New York City Food Handler's Certificate is a plus

Base salary: $21.00/hour
