What You’ll Do: Build an Exceptional Store Team Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard a talented team that reflects the company's values and commitment to customer service. Create an engaging, inclusive, and high-performance culture where team members are empowered to succeed. Coach, mentor, and develop associates through ongoing feedback, training, and performance management. Launch and Grow the Business Lead all aspects of the new store opening, ensuring operational readiness for a successful launch. Execute business strategies that drive sales, profitability, and long-term customer loyalty. Analyze key performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve and exceed business goals. Identify opportunities to grow market awareness and establish the store as a destination within the local community. Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience Set the standard for exceptional service by leading through example. Foster a customer-focused culture dedicated to creating memorable shopping experiences. Resolve customer concerns with professionalism while strengthening customer relationships and brand loyalty. Drive Operational Excellence Ensure excellence in merchandising, inventory management, visual presentation, and store standards. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Manage scheduling, labor planning, expenses, and overall store profitability. Create an organized, efficient, and positive work environment that supports business objectives. What We're Looking For Proven success leading a high-performing luxury retail team as a Store Manager or in a comparable leadership role. Demonstrated experience recruiting, hiring, and developing talent. Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving sales and operational goals. Established connections within the local Charleston community, with the ability to build partnerships, engage with local organizations, and drive community involvement that supports business growth and brand awareness. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
