REGISTERED NURSE

Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to provide expert end-of-life care in home and facility settings. The Hospice RN completes comprehensive assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans, manages pain and symptoms, administers medications, and coordinates with physicians, social workers, aides, and chaplains. The nurse educates and supports patients and families on disease progression, comfort-focused care, and available resources. You will document accurately in the EMR, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate within an interdisciplinary, inclusive culture committed to teamwork, compassion, and clinical excellence.
