Continental Properties is looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee our beautiful Springs at McKnight Lake residential apartment community in Chaska, MN. This position offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to receive additional earnings through leasing and resident renewal incentive programs, as well as a lucrative quarterly CNOI bonus. Our Community Managers are a key business leader responsible for the successful operations of their community. This position will deliver an exceptional living experience for all residents while creating a positive and productive work environment for the team. You will report to the Regional Director/Vice President. Day-to-Day Office & Community Operations Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring residents feel valued, heard, and proud to call your property home . Compileand present monthly performance KPI and financial reports, providing comprehensive analysis of historical data and outlining a strategic plan to enhance future outcomes.
