Description Position Title : Maintenance Hourly Department : Maintenance Location : Greeley, CO Value Added Plant JBS is seeking an hourly Production Team Member ! Position starts at $28.00per hour with the ability to go up to $38.00/hour plus $0.10/hour Shift Differential Benefits Include Paid vacation and holidays Medical, dental and vision benefits 401(k) plan Better Futures Program Career development opportunities Job Description Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Other duties as assigned Essential Duties and Responsibilities High school diploma or equivalent Authorized to work in the US 18 years of age or more Able to work fulltime M-F; Weekends and overtime as needed Qualifications Authorized to work in the US 18 years of age or more Ability to work fulltime M-F; Weekends and overtime as needed Read/write in English Requires ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs Requires ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Requires ability to work in a manufacturing setting Ability to conduct repetitive motion Work Environment The work environment may include cold and/or hot temperatures. It may also require the use of sharp tools such as knives.
