Loyal Tire & Auto is looking for a dependable and organized Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our busy towing operation in Monroe, NY. The dispatcher is responsible for answering incoming calls, gathering accurate information, assigning calls to drivers, and helping keep our towing operation running efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple calls and priorities at the same time. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and communicating with customers, drivers, police departments, motor clubs, and other accounts. Previous towing, dispatching, or automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to consider candidates with strong customer service and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming towing and roadside-assistance calls
• Gather accurate customer, vehicle, location, and service information
• Dispatch calls to the appropriate tow truck operators
• Communicate with drivers throughout calls and provide updates as needed
• Coordinate towing, roadside assistance, accident recovery, and other service calls
• Communicate professionally with customers, police departments, motor clubs, repair facilities, and other accounts
• Enter and maintain accurate call information in the dispatch system
• Provide customers with status updates and estimated arrival information when available
• Prioritize calls based on urgency, location, equipment needed, and driver availability
• Assist with general office duties and documentation as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable answering phones and communicating with customers and drivers
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dispatch software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information
• Dependable and able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to remain professional while handling high-volume or time-sensitive calls
• Previous dispatching, towing, automotive, or customer service experience is a plus
• Day, night, and weekend shifts available
• Full-time and part-time availability considered

Pay & Benefits

• $20.00–$35.00 per hour , based on experience and skill level
