More about our team The ICU team consists of highly skilled critical care nurses, physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary support staff dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. Services include hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, cardiac drips, emergency response stabilization, and post-intensive procedural care. The unit is committed to promoting optimal patient outcomes while supporting patients and families through critical and complex healthcare situations. How you'll contribute A Registered Nurse, RN who excels in this role: * Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs * Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings * Provides age- and condition-appropriate nursing care * Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record * Develops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient What we're looking for Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: * Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. * ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire. * One year of experience preferred new grads encouraged to apply and will be supported through our 1 year residency program * ASLS certification preferred Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
