Job Summary

We are looking for experienced automotive technicians to join our reconditioning team.  Qualified applicants will possess a valid driver's license, good driving record, and have the ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of cars and light trucks. ASE certifications and GM experience are a plus! Experienced techs-- work better hours with no warranty work!!

Salary: $27+ per flag hour plus progressive bonus program depending on certification and experience 

Responsibilities

• Test drive and inspect ALL makes and models of used vehicles. 

• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor and Parts Department regarding needed diagnosis, parts, and repairs. 

• Verify all repairs were completed correctly. 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience Required

• High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required

• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair

• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination

• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

• Basic computer competencies

• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve

• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively

• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
