We're looking for friendly, driven individuals to join our sales team at our Ford dealership in Hartford, WI. Whether you're an experienced pro or just getting started, if you're passionate about helping people and committed to doing your best, you'll feel right at home here.

• $120,000+ earning potential with $40,000/year guaranteed base salary + commissions and bonuses
• Flexible 4-day, 40-hour work week

What You'll Do:

• Continually strive to improve product knowledge
• Foster long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Build connections with customers and guide them to the right vehicle
• Work alongside a motivated team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For:

• Basic computer proficiency, including mobile applications
• Product knowledge of various vehicle models (or willingness to learn)
• Familiarity with basic finance concepts and applications
• An eye for marketing opportunities
• Strong communication skills
• A team-oriented mindset
• A valid driver's license
