Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year Position: Labor & Employment Associate Experience Level: 4–6 years Location: Tampa office (full‑time, in‑office) Practice Area: Litigation with required labor & employment experience License: Active Florida law license required Key Responsibilities Manage labor & employment litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda Conduct and defend depositions Participate in hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Organize and prioritize multiple matters effectively to manage a demanding caseload Qualifications 4–6 years of litigation experience, including labor & employment Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong academic credentials Ability to work independently and collaboratively Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines and competing priorities Why Join Us?
