Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our team. This role combines administrative duties with financial oversight, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment while maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle Income statements, Cash Flow Statements, balance sheet, manage cashflow, P&L, payroll
• Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping for all administrative documents
• Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
• Work closely with the owner to keep things in order

Skills

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) 5 years+
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
• Demonstrate office management experience combined with clerical expertise in data entry, filing, and proofing documents
• Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills to coordinate schedules seamlessly
• Self-sufficient and hard worker
• Being a Notary or becoming one is a plus
• 90 day evaluation
• Pay negotiable
