Member Services Supervisor

Job Responsibilities Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club. Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees. Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive. Illustrate an ability to make decisions. Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls. Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book). Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility Job Type Full-time Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Pay: $12.48 hr Experience Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Management: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location In person Website: #J-18808-Ljbffr
