Field Reimbursement Manager-Great Lakes

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Great Lakes region to execute launch strategy across rare disease therapies. The hybrid role combines provider-facing reimbursement expertise with patient access coordination, operating at an Associate Director level with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional subject matter expert on reimbursement and access for BridgeBio therapies
• Educate healthcare provider offices on benefits investigation, prior authorization, and coverage pathways
• Support patient and care partner education on reimbursement processes and affordability resources
• Identify and address access barriers across commercial and government payer environments
• Coordinate among specialty pharmacies, prescriber offices, and support programs for care continuity

Requirements

• Expertise in reimbursement pathways and payer policy navigation
• Experience coordinating patient access and support programs
• Healthcare provider relationship management and education skills
• Knowledge of prior authorization, appeals, and coverage processes
• Compliance and privacy regulation understanding
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with medical and commercial teams
