We're looking for a licensed Massage Therapist to join our Salon Services team. This flexible opportunity allows you to grow your client base while providing therapeutic massage services to residents, team members, and members of the community.

What You'll Do

As a Massage Therapist, you'll provide therapeutic massage services that enhance the comfort, wellness, and quality of life of those you serve.
Responsibilities Include:

• Perform massage therapy services in accordance with Pennsylvania State Board of Massage Therapy regulations
• Provide professional, compassionate care to residents, team members, and community clients
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization standards in the massage therapy area
• Keep treatment rooms organized, welcoming, and professional
• Schedule appointments and process payments through the point-of-sale system
• Communicate product and supply needs to the Salon Services Manager
• Report any resident health or safety concerns to the appropriate team members
• Return personal belongings, such as eyeglasses and hearing aids, following services
• Follow emergency procedures and respond appropriately to emergency situations
• Maintain safe work practices and comply with departmental policies and procedures

Required:

• Current Pennsylvania Massage Therapist License
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, residents, and team members
• Basic computer skills and comfort using scheduling and point-of-sale systems
• Strong professional, ethical, and client-focused approach

Preferred:

• Previous massage therapy experience
• Experience working with older adults
• Experience building and maintaining a client base
