Step into a meaningful role supporting students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting near Monmouth, OR. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about making a positive impact through either in-person or virtual teletherapy services. With flexible scheduling options (FTE 0.8 or 0.6) and full-time hours across two school assignments, you’ll have the chance to cultivate supportive relationships while managing a manageable caseload.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Oregon SLP license required
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
- Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare-based SLP settings
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Comfort working with diverse student populations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to students utilizing evidence-based interventions
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP goals, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Offer virtual or onsite sessions as determined by assignment needs
- Adapt services to meet individual student requirements while fostering a positive learning environment
