Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop user to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations and order processing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & QuickBooks
- Daily use of QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop
- Process Sales Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Item Receipts, and RMAs
- Maintain accurate inventory, sales tax, and financial records
- Support reconciliations and financial reporting
- Operations Coordination:
- Track open Sales Orders, POs, and RMAs
- Ensure order flow and fulfillment progress
- Process payments and coordinate with internal teams
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain organized records (digital and physical)
- Assist with payroll, HR, and office operations
Work Environment
Fast-paced, high-volume office environment. This is a fragrance-free workplace to support the health and comfort of all employees.
Requirements
- Strong QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop experience
- Accounting or bookkeeping background
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage high volume workload
- Understanding of financial statements
- Proficiency in Office 365
