Opportunity:
Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• Primary Care Physician role serving patients from birth and up (no OB)
• 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care and Family Medicine setting
• Full-time, weekdays only with an option to ask about a 4-day work week
• Optional teaching with faculty appointment available
• Phone call only - averages 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
• Guaranteed base salary with uncapped incentive bonus
• Sign-on bonus and relocation stipend offered
