Is This You?

• Do you confidently read blueprints and engineering drawings?
• Can you set up a Mazak, Eurotech, Miyano, or Nakamura multi-axis lathe and hit spec?
• Do you know G and M codes and when to fine-tune offsets or feeds/speeds?
• Will you own quality checks with micrometers, calipers, and gauges?
• Can you maintain throughput without compromising safety or compliance?

Your Impact

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts to customer requirements.
• Translate drawings and specifications into effective machining operations.
• Select and install cutting tools, attachments, and accessories; verify tooling condition.
• Monitor operations, adjust parameters, and control variation to maintain tolerance.
• Inspect completed parts with precision measuring tools and document results as required.
• Complete routine machine maintenance and keep the work area organized.
• Adhere to manufacturing best practices, safety standards, and company policies.

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating CNC lathes; multi-axis preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools and precision metrology (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Knowledge of G and M codes and basic program edits.
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision mindset.
• Safe material handling skills for loading/unloading parts.
• Understanding of GD&T concepts and applications.
• Problem-solving ability for machine and process issues.
• Proficiency in aerospace manufacturing.

You will be expected to meet all manufacturing, safety, and policy requirements.
