About the Role:
As a Med Tech, you'll work 6pm-6am shifts, ensuring the highest level of care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing and documenting residents' vital signs, medications, and overall health status
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' conditions to the healthcare team
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care
Requirements:
