Wealth Management Associate

Job Summary Merrill Wealth Management seeks a Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors by providing excellent client service, ensuring accurate and timely client materials, and maintaining operational excellence. The associate will act as a primary point of contact for client needs and support day‑to‑day team activities. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent client service by educating clients on banking offerings and products. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client documents; follow up on all client and FA requests. Help maintain policy compliance and operational excellence to protect clients and manage risk. Develop and deepen client relationships by highlighting bank offerings and encouraging integration of banking services. Support team activities, including covering roles during absences or seasonal demand, while maintaining a client‑first mindset. Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and results focus. Client‑centric mindset; actions in best interest of client. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving environment. Detail oriented, sound judgment, and discretion with sensitive information. Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Desired Qualifications Current or pursuing FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and/or Series 66 (or 63/65 acceptable). Industry knowledge and understanding of investment products. Experience with clients, delivering complex solutions and excellent client experience. Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Work Information Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours per week: 37.5 Internal employees must remain eligible to work from home; on‑site work may be required.
