Supply CoordinatorLocation: Los Angeles, CA 90017 Contract Length: 3–6 Months Possible Extension: Up to 6 Months Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMMust-Have RequirementsFacilities/Engineering-related experienceHospital-related experienceResponsibilitiesAnswering phones.Managing daily work orders.Managing project work orders.Handling weekly EOC round work orders.Maintaining the daily work order dashboard.Maintaining the weekly PM dashboard.Ensuring Temp and Hum work orders are assigned accordingly, along with elevator rounds and graffiti rounds.Entering and maintaining equipment inventory.Creating SMRs.Scheduling vendors for repairs.Updating the schedule board located in the office.Ensuring all delivered parts and other items are picked up from the office.
