Pediatric Transitional Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Duluth & Lawrenceville, GA | Surrounding Areas Pay Range: RN: $51-$55/hr LVN: $41-$46/hr Make a Difference Beyond One Shift Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) for our HALOS Home Team (Pediatric Transitional Nurse Team) to support medically fragile children and their families during critical transitions to home care. This role is ideal for nurses who are confident working with high‑acuity patients and skilled in trach, vent, G‑tube, and emergency management. Nurses in this position play a critical role supporting families, training caregivers, and ensuring safe continuity of care in the home environment. Why Join Angels of Care?
