Senior Restoration Consultant

Restoration Consultant Work Location: Salt Lake City, UT Employment Type: Full-time regular Compensation $90,000 - $130,000 a year (actual salaries vary based on qualifications, skills, and proficiency. Critically analyze plans, specifications, and calculations prepared by others. Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and closely track budget and procedural standards. Perform or review condition appraisals and develop repair schemes and repair recommendations. Complete and maintain all project documentation in project management software. Coordinate engineers and technical personnel for projects within the office. Maintain, market, and promote Walker’s architectural/engineering consulting services to new and existing clients. Assist and train less experienced staff in a variety of roles. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or Architecture. Registered professional engineer with the ability to obtain professional licenses in other states via NCEES. 10+ years of experience working in the forensics, restoration, and/or building envelope fields. Periodic travel required. Experience in assessment, repair design, and construction phase services. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both in writing and verbally with decision‑makers at all levels in an organization. Strong time‑management skills.
