Position: CNC Machinist
Pay: $24.00-$30.00/hour (Based on Experience) + Shift Differential
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Shift: Multiple Shifts Available
Status: Direct Hire

Available Schedules

Monday-Thursday | 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday-Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Overtime as needed

Integrity Trade Services is recruiting experienced CNC Machinists for a precision manufacturing company in Grand Rapids, MI. If you have experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, making program adjustments, and holding tight tolerances, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company as a direct hire employee from day one.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
Load materials, install tooling, and complete machine setups
Make G-code and program adjustments to maintain quality standards
Run multiple machines while meeting production goals
Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
Use precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, gauges, comparators, and CMM equipment
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and equipment issues
Perform basic preventative maintenance
Deburr and rework parts as needed
Track production and job data using JobBoss
Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and processes

Qualifications

3+ years of CNC machining experience
Strong experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes
Understanding of X, Y, and Z axes, edge pickup, and centerline pickup
Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Advanced measurement and inspection skills
Ability to troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
Industrial math and basic computer skills
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to meet ITAR eligibility requirements

Physical Requirements

Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Perform repetitive reaching, bending, twisting, and grasping
Visually inspect precision components for defects
