Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Brooklyn, NY 11203
Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
Schedule: (5) 8-Hour Shifts Per Week | Every Other Weekend Required | Multiple Shifts Available

About the Opportunity
A long-term care facility in Brooklyn, NY is seeking multiple Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time contract positions. This role requires LTC/nursing home experience and offers day, evening, and night shift availability, with 10+ openings needed per shift. Orientation is scheduled for 9/14, and interviews are conducted in-person only.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care/nursing home setting
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document resident health status and changes in condition
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing, or completion of equivalent study in an approved professional nursing program
• Current New York State LPN licensure required
• LTC/nursing home experience required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• EPIC experience a plus

Schedule Details

• (5) 8-hour shifts per week
• Every other weekend required
• Shift options:
• • Day: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
  • Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM
  • Night: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM
• Orientation: 9/14
• Interviews: In-person only
