Pharmacist PositionA well-established group of independently owned pharmacies in the Atlanta metro area is seeking a PRN/part-time pharmacist to provide support and coverage. This role starts by covering one location with the potential to expand into a floater position, supporting multiple pharmacies within the family of four stores.Location: Decatur, GAJob Type: Per Diem with potential to grow to part-time (approx. 30-35 hours weekly)Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMResponsibilities:Manage primary retail pharmacy operations and workflowDispense an average of 100-150 prescriptions dailyProvide excellent patient counseling and medication therapy supportUtilize PrimeRX software (preferred experience) for prescription processing and inventory managementCollaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless operations across multiple locations as the role expandsMaintain compliance with all state and federal regulationsQualifications/Desired Experience:Active pharmacist license in the statePrior experience in retail pharmacy practiceFamiliarity with PrimeRX software is a strong advantageStrong organizational and communication skillsFlexibility to cover multiple locations when expanded into a floater roleThis is a great opportunity for a pharmacist interested in a flexible schedule, working within a supportive, independently owned pharmacy setting.
