Clinical Care Leader - FT

Position Overview Work Shift: 12 Hours - Day Shifts (United States of America) | Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 | Compensation: $37.75 - $55.00 with eligible $10,000 Sign on Bonus. Union Position: No. Responsibilities Collaborate with inter‑professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Document resident history, symptoms, medications, and care provided in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Utilize technology to enhance quality resident care and to facilitate collaboration with team members. Delegate to and supervise unlicensed personnel, assume overall nursing accountability for a resident assignment. Serve in leadership roles on departmental and organizational task forces and committees. Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, using appropriate age- and population-specific standards. Communicate effectively to collaborate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts or issues with peers, inter‑professional colleagues, residents, and families. Apply strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills to analyze data and respond to changing situations. Coordinate care, resident assessment, resident education, triage, and other nursing interventions. Qualifications Strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Graduate from an accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA). Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred. Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs or multistate licensure under a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Must obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications. Valid driver’s license may be required depending on location. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
