SCA Labor Category Match: 23160 – Electrician, Maintenance ($23.29)

Hourly Wage Range: $23.29 – $27.95

Rationale: Anchored exactly at the SCA floor because Appendix B.8 describes journey-level work that is squarely within the SCA Directory's Electrician, Maintenance definition. The +20% ceiling ($27.95) covers a 5-year-experienced journeyman with high-voltage and RDT&E exposure and keeps this position's range deliberately below the Master Electrician range so the two roles remain distinguishable in pricing and in any Service Contract Act audit.

Special Requirements: Mission Essential Contractor Personnel; same physical demands, PPE, LOTO, and color-vision requirements as REQ-002; potential agency-designated hazardous pay differential.
