Front of House Manager

Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard is seeking a Front of House Manager to support daily operations, develop leaders and Team Members, and help deliver a consistently excellent guest experience. Coach Shift Leaders and Team Members on guest service, accuracy, speed, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Help develop a strong leadership pipeline by identifying growth opportunities and following up on training progress. Support new hire training and help ensure training standards are followed consistently. Observe performance, provide timely feedback, and participate in Team Member evaluations. Address performance and policy concerns in accordance with restaurant procedures, escalating serious concerns to senior leadership. Review completion of daily and weekly checklists and follow up on gaps. Respond to guest concerns and help the team resolve service issues. Partner with the leadership team on Team Member engagement and retention. Communicate operational trends, staffing concerns, and opportunities for improvement to senior leadership. Perform other duties as assigned.
