Location: Lafayette, LA (in-office)

What You’ll Do

• Answer calls, texts, and emails from potential clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Conduct client intake by listening to their story and asking key questions.
• Accurately enter and manage case information in our case management system.
• Provide excellent customer service while balancing high call volume.
• Assist with insurance-related intake tasks.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to evaluate potential cases.
• Follow up with leads to keep communication open and build trust.

• Comfortable with technology and data entry.
• Prior customer service or law firm/medical office experience preferred, but not required.
